How is scope defined?

Either from a Discovery Sprint output, or from a 1-2 week scoping engagement we run before the build. We don't quote a System Build off a discovery call alone.

Why the wide 4–12 week range?

A single CRM lifecycle workflow can ship in 4 weeks. A full migration with 6 integrations and AI routing takes 12. We commit to the timeline before kickoff.

Do you charge hourly or fixed?

Fixed price per phase. We'd rather absorb the risk of underestimation than have you watch a meter run.

What happens after the 30-day stabilization window?

Most clients move into a Retainer Monthly or Office Hours arrangement. Some take it in-house. Either is fine. The system is documented to support both.
