TextSynth Messages
Every message you send to TextSynth is stored to generate AI responses, maintain conversation context, and improve our service.
Account Information
Email address, password (encrypted), and payment information (if you subscribe to paid features).
Website Usage
IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), and clicks and interactions.
TextSynth Metadata
Timestamp of each message, carrier information, message delivery status, and session duration and message count.
To Provide Services
Respond to inquiries and deliver consulting work, generate AI responses for TextSynth, maintain conversation context across messages, and process payments and fulfill contracts.
To Improve Our Services
Analyze usage patterns, train and improve AI models (using anonymized data), and fix bugs and troubleshoot issues.

SMS Delivery (TextSynth)
We use Twilio to send and receive text messages. They need your phone number and message content to deliver messages.
AI Model Providers
Your TextSynth messages are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate responses. They're prohibited from using your messages for their own training.
Cloud Hosting
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (AWS/Vercel).
Payment Processors
We use Stripe for payments. We never see your full card number.
Analytics
Google Analytics tracks anonymized website usage.
We may share information if required by court orders or subpoenas, law enforcement investigations, or other legal obligations.
We'll notify you if legally permitted.
If CirclStdio is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner. We'll notify you before this happens.

You have the right to know what data we collect, know who we share with, opt out of data sales (we don't sell data, but you can opt out if we ever do), and non-discrimination for exercising rights.

You have the right to access, correction, and erasure. You can restrict or object to processing. You have data portability rights. You can withdraw consent. You can file complaints with your data protection authority.

How We Protect Your Data
Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are hashed. Multi-factor authentication for team access. Regular security audits. 24/7 monitoring.
No system is 100% secure. Don't share sensitive information (SSN, passwords, financial details) via SMS or contact forms.
Data Breaches
If your data is compromised, we'll notify you within 72 hours where required by law.
Our servers are in the United States. If you use our services from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
For EU users, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect transferred data.
Our services are not for anyone under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@circlstdio.io.
TextSynth responses are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Do NOT rely on AI for:

Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
Our sites may link to external websites. We're not responsible for their privacy practices. Check their policies before sharing information.
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date. For major changes, we'll notify you via email or SMS.
